No Returns or Exchanges
All sales are final.
Due to the handmade nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed and processed.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
To help us resolve the issue, we may request:
- Your order number.
- Clear photos of the item received.
- Photos of any damage or defect.
After reviewing the information provided, we will determine the appropriate solution, which may include a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Refunds
Refunds are only issued in cases where:
- The item received is damaged or defective.
- An incorrect item was sent.
- The order cannot be fulfilled by us.
If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days, depending on your payment provider.
